Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vladislav Podolskiy, Mietersheimer Hauptstraße 71, 77933 Lahr/Schwarzwald, Germany, Email: info@anviajewelry.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).

Effects of Withdrawal:

Please return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods clearly tailored to the customer.

The return should be carefully packaged to avoid damage. The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods until they are received by us.
