Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Vladislav Podolskiy (Anvia), Mietersheimer Hauptstraße 71, 77933 Lahr/Schwarzwald, Germany. Any deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order via email. The order confirmation is sent in a separate email and constitutes the conclusion of the contract.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT (19%). Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Delivery will only take place after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the product page and begin after order confirmation. Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable for the customer.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for customers residing in Germany is Lahr/Schwarzwald.
